Mr. D.N. Nainani is a distinguished professional with a B.Com degree from BITS Pilani, a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the National Productivity Council, and a Management Education Program (MEP) from IIM Ahmedabad.
With decades of experience, strong business acumen, and a commitment to excellence, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the vision and growth of Aashirwad Housing. Under his leadership, Aashirwad Housing has become synonymous with trust, quality construction, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, creating vibrant communities and fulfilling the dream of homeownership for hundreds of families.

A Finance graduate from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), Manhattan, he has successfully transformed Nainani Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. into one of the region's leading pharmaceutical distribution companies, scaling its annual turnover from ₹50 Crores to over ₹260 Crores while leading a team of 400+ professionals.
As Director of Kaizen Enterprises and Aashirwad Housing, Krishna plays a key role in developing premium residential projects in Kota, combining financial expertise, strategic planning, and a commitment to quality construction. His vision is centered on creating sustainable growth, delivering exceptional value, and building communities that enhance modern living.
